欢迎使用微光。本协议是你与我们之间关于使用本应用的约定。我们尽量把话说得清楚简单，请在使用前读一读。
一、关于本服务
微光是一款基督教灵修伴读应用，提供读经、灵修、AI 伴读与团契等功能。AI 生成的内容仅供灵修参考，不代表任何教会或宗派立场，也不能替代教会牧养、神职人员的意见，或专业的心理与医疗帮助。
二、账号
你可以用邮箱或 Apple 账号登录。账号供你本人使用，请妥善保管登录方式。你可以随时在个人资料页删除账号：选择七天恢复期，期间重新登录即可恢复全部数据；或选择立即永久删除。恢复期结束后，会开始永久删除正在运行的产品系统中的账号关联数据且无法恢复；云服务商安全审计日志和灾备副本的有限留存范围见隐私政策。
三、团契里的行为
团契（好友、小组、代祷墙等）是弟兄姊妹彼此扶持的地方。请不要发布违法、骚扰、仇恨、色情、欺诈或冒充他人的内容。我们提供举报与拉黑，收到举报会在 24 小时内人工处理；违反本条的账号可能被限制功能或停用。
四、你的内容
你在团契中发布的内容归你所有。为了提供服务，你授权我们存储这些内容，并只向你选定的接收者（好友、小组成员）展示。请不要分享你无权分享的内容。如果你删除账号时，自己创建的小组仍有其他成员，小组管理权会转给另一名成员，使共享空间继续存在；转让后的小组资料以及其他成员发布的内容不是你的账号数据，会随小组保留。你的账号关联内容按隐私政策处理。
五、我们的内容
圣经文本采用公有领域译本。书房分两类来源：一是公有领域灵修经典（如司布真讲道、《荒漠甘泉》《清晨甘露》等）的中文新译，译文著作权归我们；二是「学问茶座」——基于开放获取学术论文改写的原创口播内容，附原文出处，不是对原论文的复制或翻译。AI 生成内容按现状提供。以上内容供个人灵修使用，请勿批量抓取或用于商业用途。如你认为其中有内容不应收录，请联系我们。
六、AI 与危机
AI 可能出错，请始终以圣经与你所在教会的教导为准。如果你正处于危机之中，请立即联系当地的专业求助资源（App 内提供热线入口）——本服务不是紧急救助渠道。
七、费用
微光当前版本全部功能免费开放，欢迎你自在地使用。我们是一个很小的团队，把微光做出来、让它稳稳地运行，需要持续的开发投入与服务器成本；所以日后，一些成本较高的进阶功能（如云端真人般的语音朗读与多种音色、书房经典全本与电台、不限次数的 AI 对话等）会转为订阅项目，好帮我们覆盖成本、把微光长长久久地陪你走下去。我们会一直免费提供：读经（全部译本与对照）、经文解释的首次解答、每日灵修、团契，以及系统声朗读；AI 对话每天也有免费额度（具体额度以 App 内说明为准），而危机相关的对话永远不占额度、也永远不会被拦下。真正开始收费之前，我们一定会在 App 内把价格、周期与取消方式说清楚，绝不默默扣费。
八、变更与终止
我们可能更新、调整或停止部分功能。你可以随时停止使用并删除账号。
九、免责声明
本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用本服务产生的间接损失承担责任。
十、协议的变更
本协议更新时会在 App 内提示，更新后继续使用即视为接受新版本。

Luminous · Terms of Service
Effective: August 17, 2026
Welcome to Luminous. These terms are the agreement between you and us about using this app. We have tried to keep them clear and simple — please read them before you begin.
1. About the service
Luminous is a Christian devotional companion app offering Scripture reading, devotions, AI companionship, and fellowship features. AI-generated content is for devotional reference only; it does not represent any church or denomination, and it is no substitute for pastoral care, the counsel of clergy, or professional psychological or medical help.
2. Your account
You may sign in with email or an Apple Account. Your account is for your personal use; please protect your sign-in method. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page: choose a 7-day recovery period, during which signing in restores all data, or choose immediate permanent deletion. After the recovery period, permanent deletion of account-linked data from active product systems begins and cannot be reversed. See the Privacy Policy for the limited retention of cloud-provider security audit logs and disaster-recovery copies.
3. Conduct in Fellowship
Fellowship (friends, groups, the prayer wall) is a place for brothers and sisters to support one another. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, or impersonates others. Reporting and blocking are built in; reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours. Accounts that violate this section may have features restricted or be suspended.
4. Your content
Content you post in Fellowship belongs to you. To provide the service, you grant us permission to store it and to show it only to the recipients you choose (friends, group members). Please do not share content you have no right to share. If a group you created still has other members when you delete your account, its management is transferred to another member so the shared space can continue. The transferred group details and content posted by other members are not your account data and remain with the group. Your account-linked content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Our content
Scripture text uses public-domain translations. The Library draws on two kinds of sources: first, new Chinese translations of public-domain devotional classics (such as Spurgeon’s sermons, Streams in the Desert, and Morning by Morning) — the translations are our copyright; second, “Scholars’ Table,” original spoken-word pieces adapted from open-access scholarly papers, with sources noted — these are not copies or translations of the original papers. AI-generated content is provided as is. All of the above is for personal devotional use — please do not scrape it in bulk or use it commercially. If you believe something should not be included, please contact us.
6. AI and crisis
AI can make mistakes; always weigh what you read against Scripture and the teaching of your church. If you are in crisis, please contact professional help in your area immediately (the app provides hotline access) — this service is not an emergency channel.
7. Fees
Every feature in the current version of Luminous is free. We are a very small team, and building Luminous and keeping it running steadily takes ongoing development and server costs. So in time, some of the more costly advanced features (such as lifelike cloud voice narration with multiple voices, the full classics library and radio, and unlimited AI conversations) will become subscription options, to help us cover those costs and keep Luminous walking alongside you for the long run. What stays free: Scripture reading (all translations and comparison), the first explanation of any passage, daily devotions, Fellowship, and system-voice narration. AI conversation also comes with a free daily allowance (details in the app) — and crisis-related conversations never count against it and are never cut off. Before any charges ever begin, we will make the price, period, and cancellation terms clear in the app; there are no silent charges.
8. Changes and termination
We may update, adjust, or discontinue features. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms are updated, we will notify you in the app; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
